Contact Gyms Guide
Use the secure contact form for corrections, official source updates, accessibility issues, privacy requests and business questions.
Send a message to Gyms Guide
Complete every required field. Your message is sent through the website's server-side mail system, so the receiving address is not exposed in the page source.
- Use a real reply address
- Include the affected page when relevant
- Provide an official source for factual corrections
- Do not send passwords, card details or gym-account credentials
What to include for faster review
For a membership price, annual fee, enrollment charge or cancellation-policy correction, include the exact Gyms Guide URL and the official source. If the amount changes after selecting a club, identify the city, state, plan name and billing cadence. A screenshot can be described in the message, but the form does not accept sensitive account documents or attachments.
For accessibility or technical issues, include the page URL, device, browser, screen size and the steps that reproduce the problem. For privacy requests, identify the email address used in an earlier contact submission so we can locate the appropriate record without requesting unnecessary information.
How messages are reviewed
Messages are triaged by purpose and evidence quality. Active pricing, billing and cancellation corrections receive priority because they can affect a reader's financial decision. Accessibility, security and broken-function reports are also prioritized. General questions and business inquiries may take longer.
Submitting a message does not guarantee a specific editorial outcome. We may request clarification, compare the evidence with the source already cited, or decline a request that asks us to remove accurate public information, publish unsupported claims or misrepresent an independent relationship.
What Gyms Guide cannot do
Gyms Guide is not a gym operator and cannot access a member account, stop an automatic payment, cancel a contract, issue a refund, change a home club or recover a password. Do not send payment-card numbers, login credentials, government identifiers, medical information or copies of a membership agreement containing sensitive personal data.
Account-specific requests must be sent to the applicable gym through its official support channel. Our articles can explain publicly stated cancellation steps and fees, but they do not replace the signed agreement or direct communication with the company.
Advertising and business inquiries
Use the “Advertising or business inquiry” topic for questions about ad placement, sponsorship disclosures or a legitimate commercial proposal. An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement or a paid relationship. Advertising cannot purchase a favorable ranking, suppress an accurate fee, change a comparison verdict or bypass the editorial correction process.
Do not send ad code, executable files or requests to encourage ad clicks. Gyms Guide intends to keep advertising visually separate from editorial content and to follow applicable Google Publisher and advertising policies when monetization is active.
Privacy requests
Choose “Privacy request” to ask about information previously submitted through the contact form or to exercise a right available under applicable law. Provide the same reply address used in the earlier submission and describe the request. We may ask for limited verification, but we will not request a password, payment card or unnecessary government identification.
Messages we may not answer
We may not respond to spam, mass link-building requests, requests to manipulate search rankings, demands to remove accurate public information, abusive messages or account-specific questions that only the gym can resolve. Repeated automated submissions may be blocked to protect the website and mail service.
Contact-form privacy and security
The form collects the name, reply address, selected inquiry type, optional related URL and message you provide. It also records limited technical context such as the browser user agent and referring page to help diagnose abuse or website problems. Submissions are used for correspondence, corrections, security, legal compliance and maintaining an audit trail where reasonably necessary.
The receiving address is stored only in protected server-side code and is not rendered in HTML, metadata, schema, JavaScript, the footer or public page content. More information about retention, service providers and privacy rights appears in the Privacy Policy.
