Corrections Policy

How readers, gyms and researchers can request factual corrections or provide updated official information.

Last reviewed: July 13, 2026American EnglishUSA-focused website
Quick answer: Submit a correction with the affected page URL, disputed statement and a current official U.S. source. Material price or policy errors are reviewed and corrected without replacing missing data with an unsupported estimate.

How to request a correction

Use the secure contact form and choose “Price or policy correction.” Include the Gyms Guide URL, the exact sentence or table row in question, the corrected information and a link to the official U.S. source.

Evidence we prioritize

We prioritize current official membership pages, location checkout flows, contracts, support pages and written statements from an authorized gym representative. A third-party listing may help identify an issue, but it does not override clearer first-party evidence.

What happens after review

We compare the submitted evidence with the page's cited sources and update the affected price, billing cadence, fee, policy or explanation when warranted. Minor spelling changes may be made without a public note; material factual corrections are tracked in the editorial process.

Disagreements and incomplete public pricing

When an official source does not publish a numeric amount, the page states that the exact public amount was not found. We do not replace missing data with an unsupported estimate merely to make a table look complete.
