These terms apply to articles, directories, search, comparison pages, calculators, contact features and other services available through gyms-guide.com.

Gyms Guide publishes educational information about U.S. gym membership prices, fees, amenities, policies and comparisons. The site does not sell a membership, create a contract, process a payment, manage a member account, submit a cancellation, issue a refund or act as an agent for a listed gym.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice. Cost calculations and verdicts are tools for comparison. Your circumstances, selected location and signed agreement may produce a different result.

Prices, fees and changing information

We use dated public sources and explain billing cadence, plan and location context, but gyms can change prices, promotions, taxes, fees, hours, amenities and policies without notice. A franchise or local club can differ from a national page. The final checkout disclosure and membership agreement control the transaction.

When no public numeric amount is available, a page may state that no public number was found. That statement is not a promise that the fee is $0. Users should read every mandatory charge, renewal term, notice period and cancellation condition before paying.

Calculators and estimates

The gym cost calculator uses numbers entered by the visitor and simple arithmetic to estimate first-year or effective monthly cost. It does not know every tax, prorated charge, optional service, promotion or contract condition. Calculator output is not a quote or guarantee.

Advertising and monetization

An advertisement is not an endorsement by Gyms Guide, and an advertiser does not control our factual corrections, pricing explanations or comparison conclusions.

Users must not encourage others to click ads, interfere with ad delivery or attempt to manipulate advertising measurement.
